“As a ministry, we encourage each of the members of Christian Charity to read through the Bible twice a year. Pastors are mandated “to equip the saints for works of ministry…”. Reading through the Bible is a challenging and exciting experience. This is a read through and not a study. We read through the Bible in 90 days by reading twelve pages a day. We initiated the read through the bible in 90 days for the following reasons: Reading through the Bible will help develop a discipline that will facilitate spiritual growth through repetitive exposure to the Word of God. Reading through the Bible allows us to hear the voice of God and to hide His Word in our hearts which God will use as we minister to those in the body of Christ. Hebrews 4:12 says “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Take the challenge and join us on a rewarding journey through the Bible in 90 days.
